House Rules
We only host guests who associate themselves with the neurodivergent community during the summer school holidays.
This ensures a peaceful and like-minded environment for all our guests.
We do not accept guests who show violent behaviour to themselves or others.
For larger groups, if you would like to book outside of the August holiday other dates may be available if both apartments are rented together
Terms and Conditions
Prices from £1,350 per week
10% discount for groups renting both apartments
Please bring your own beach/pool towels
25% deposit required on booking
£250 refundable breakage deposit due 8 weeks before your stay
Check-in from 4pm | Check-out by 11am
Changeover day: flexible
Car hire essential | No smoking | No pets
